Seven’s The Chase Australia won entertainment on Thursday, as the network also celebrated an overall network share win.
The episode aired to 493,000 people in all five major capital cities, followed by Nine’s Hot Seat which had 380,000 metro viewers, while The Dog House on Ten aired to 419,000 metro viewers.
Next was an episode of Dog House which aired to 365,000 metro viewers, followed by a late episode of The Chase Australia that aired to 316,000 metro viewers.
The Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games Day 7 Night session aired to 669,000 metro viewers, while also taking the top spot in all three key advertising demos.
Meanwhile, the Evening session saw 564,000 metro viewers, followed by a Late session with 333,000 metro viewers.
Overall, Seven News topped programming with 908,000 metro viewers, followed by Seven News at 6:30 with 882,000 metro viewers. Nine News at 6:30 was next with 752,000 metro viewers, then Nine News with 745,000 metro viewers. A Current Affair brought in 629,000 metro viewers, followed by ABC News which brought in 563,000. ABC’s 7:30 followed with 417,000 metro viewers.
As mentioned, Seven won the overall share for the evening with 38%, followed by Nine with 24.3%. Next was Ten on 15.3%, and then ABC, with 14.9% of the total share.
