Sky Information host Chris Smith claims Hong Kong’s customs main has declared Australia’s rock lobsters a national protection threat following smugglers were in a position to get them into the current market.
“After being kicked out of China, they uncovered new markets in Hong Kong,” Mr Smith reported.
He mentioned he questioned how extensive it would be ahead of Beijing intervened “because they didn’t like that news”.
“Now the customs chief says our rock lobsters are now a national stability risk – surprise shock.”
